本公司可能從您的行動裝置，蒐集與行動裝置及連線環境相關之資訊，例如產品型號、作業系統、網際網路服務提供者、行動裝置設定、IP位址及其他行動裝置所獨有而可供辨識之資訊。我們爲了統計APP的安裝來源，使用了第三方服務ShareTrace，ShareTrace SDK會獲取以下資訊(裝置品牌、裝置型號、作業系統版本、裝置解析度、IP地址 、剪下板等)用於資料統計和分析。
在您使用本公司開發及經營之應用程式，或與其他玩家在本公司開發及經營之應用程式內互動時，本公司可能蒐集您建立之遊戲內容、您提供之資訊及您的遊戲歷程及使用記錄（包括但不限於訪問統計及瀏覽紀錄），包含但不限於遊戲角色、遊戲歷程、購買記錄、取得獎品、與其他玩家之關係及錯誤報告等相關之資訊。
在您的允許下，我們可以存取您裝置剪貼簿中的內容，包括文字、影像和影片。例如，如果您選擇與第三方平台發起內容分享，或選擇將剪貼簿的內容貼到平台，我們會存取儲存在您剪貼簿中的此資訊，以滿足您的要求。
您在本公司開發及經營之應用程式內購買付費遊戲內容時，本公司可能蒐集購買日期、數量、項目等購買資訊。
在您將本公司開發及經營之應用程式與第三方服務連結時，本公司可能蒐集您於該第三方服務之帳號相關資訊，例如登入認證、個人檔案。
除法律另有規定者外，本公司可於您使用本公司開發及經營之應用程式之期間內利用您的個人資料，至本公司開發及經營之應用程式服務結束或至您提出停止使用之請求時為止。
在本政策所載目的範圍內，您的個人資料可能在香港及本公司關係企業所在地之國家被利用。
除法律另有規定者外，本公司僅得在本政策所載目的範圍內使用您的個人資料。除下列情形者外，本公司不會將您的個人資料提供予第三人：

建立及提供統計資訊
本公司可能基於統計及分析目的，以匿名形式使用您的個人資訊，資訊將會以去識別化之形式使用。本公司可使用該等資訊，以改善服務、運作、行銷活動及提升產品與服務之可用性，並作為研發新產品與服務之參考。
您可以請求刪除我們收集到的所有與您遊戲賬號相關的數據。
刪除全部遊戲數據意味著永久關閉和刪除您的遊戲賬號，包括刪除您的遊戲進度和遊戲內貨幣，無論您是否進行過遊戲內購。
在遊戲中進入“設置” > “刪除賬號” 按鈕來執行刪除資料的操作。
查詢或請求閱覽。
請求製給複製本。
請求補充或更正。
請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
請求刪除。
若您的請求不符合申請程序或法律另有規定者，前項所列權利將會受到限制。
若您依本條第一項向本公司查詢、請求閱覽或製給複製本，本公司將酌收必要成本費用。
本條第一項權利之行使，應填具申請文件，並向本公司提出可資確認之身分證明文件。委託他人代為申請者，應出具委任書並提供本人及代理人之身分證明文件。
若您無法提供完整且確實之個人資料，您可能因此無法使用本公司開發及經營之應用程式，因此建議您提供完整且確實之個人資料，並應隨時更新之。
本公司採行合理適當之安全技術及保護措施，依相關法令辦理個人資料之安全維護事項，防止您的個人資料被竊取、竄改、毀損、滅失或洩漏。
本公司得隨時修正本政策，相關修正規定將會公告於本公司開發及經營之應用程式中，請隨時查閱本政策之最新版本。本政策之修正於公告時生效，當您於本政策修正後繼續使用本公司開發及經營之應用程式，將表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本政策之修正內容。

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is established by KUIHUA (HONG KONG) CO. LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for the application developed and operated by the Company. It explains how the Company collects, processes, and uses the personal data you provide in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Please read and agree to this Policy and the respective User Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the games before using the application developed and operated by the Company. This Policy constitutes a part of the Terms, and by agreeing to the Terms, you also indicate your agreement to this Policy.
Please note that if you are a minor, you should obtain the consent of your legal guardian in accordance with the law to agree to this Policy and the Terms.
This Policy applies to the collection, processing, utilization, international transmission, and protection measures of personal data involved when you engage in activities on the application and its affiliated websites operated by the Company. However, it does not apply to websites or web pages operated by third parties linked to the Company's application.
When you use the application developed and operated by the Company, the Company may collect specific information provided by you, including but not limited to country or region, language settings, player nickname, and customer service feedback.
The Company may collect information related to mobile devices and the connectivity environment from your mobile device, such as product model, operating system, internet service provider, mobile device settings, IP address, and other device-specific identifiable information. We utilize a third-party service called ShareTrace. ShareTrace SDK collects specific device information (including device brand, device model, operating system version, device resolution, IP address, clipboard data, etc.) for the purpose of data analysis and statistics.
When you use the application developed and operated by the Company or interact with other players within the application, the Company may collect information such as game content created by you, information provided by you, your game progress and usage records (including but not limited to access statistics and browsing history), including game characters, game progress, purchase history, prizes obtained, relationships with other players, and error reports.
We may access content, including text, images, and video, found in your device's clipboard, with your permission. For example, if you choose to initiate content sharing with a third-party platform, or choose to paste content from the clipboard into the Platform, we access this information stored in your clipboard in order to fulfill your request.
When you make in-app purchases of paid game content within the application developed and operated by the Company, the Company may collect purchase information such as the date, quantity, and items purchased.
When you link the application developed and operated by the Company to third-party services, the Company may collect information related to your accounts on those third-party services, such as login credentials and profiles.
Unless otherwise required by law, the Company may utilize your personal data during the period you use the application developed and operated by the Company, until the termination of the services provided by the application or until you request to stop using the application.
Within the purposes specified in this Policy, your personal data may be utilized in Hong Kong and countries where the Company's affiliated entities are located.
Unless otherwise required by law, the Company may only use your personal data within the purposes specified in this Policy. Except for the following circumstances, the Company will not provide your personal data to third parties:
With your prior consent;
When legally required to disclose your specific information;
Shared usage of your personal data with the Company's affiliated entities;
Disclosure of certain personal data to other players of the application developed and operated by the Company, such as player nicknames, game characters, and game progress.
Providing services within the application developed and operated by the Company
The Company may use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the services of the application developed and operated by the Company, and to prevent and investigate illegal activities or behaviors that violate the Terms.
Handling customer feedback
If you inquire about any issues that occurred during your use of the application developed and operated by the Company, the Company may use your personal data to address those issues.
Generating and providing statistical information
For statistical and analytical purposes, the Company may use your personal information in an anonymized form. The information will be used in a de-identified manner to improve services, operations, marketing activities, and enhance the availability of products and services. It may also be used as a reference for developing new products and services.
You can request the deletion of all data related to your game account that we have collected.
Deleting all game data means permanently closing and deleting your game account, including deleting your game progress and in-game currency, regardless of whether you have made in-app purchases.
To perform the data deletion operation, go to "Settings" > "Delete Account" button within the game.
Inquiry or request for access.
Request for copies.
Request for supplementation or correction.
Request for cessation of collection, processing, or utilization.
Request for deletion.
If your request does not comply with the application procedure or if otherwise required by law, the above-mentioned rights may be limited.
If you make inquiries, request access, or request copies from the Company in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article, the Company may charge necessary costs.
For exercising the rights mentioned in the first paragraph of this article, you should complete the application form and provide identity verification documents that can be confirmed by the Company. If you authorize someone else to apply on your behalf, you should provide a power of attorney and provide the identity verification documents of both yourself and the authorized person.
If you fail to provide complete and accurate personal data, you may be unable to use the application developed and operated by the Company. Therefore, it is recommended that you provide complete and accurate personal data and keep it updated.
The Company implements reasonable and appropriate security technologies and measures to safeguard personal data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, in order to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, loss, or disclosure of your personal data.
The Company may revise this Policy at any time, and the relevant amendments will be announced within the application developed and operated by the Company. Please check the latest version of this Policy regularly. The amendments to this Policy shall take effect upon announcement. By continuing to use the application developed and operated by the Company after the amendment to this Policy, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the amended content of this Policy.
