香港揆花科技有限公司 KUIHUA(HONG KONG)CO.,LIMITED(74323149-000-08-23-A)(以下簡稱「本公司」或「我們」)深知個人資料保護的重要性。本《隱私權政策》說明了當您使用我們的遊戲服務時,我們如何收集、使用、儲存、保護及分享您的個人資料。

請您詳閱並同意本公司制訂之本政策及各遊戲使用者條款(以下簡稱「使用者條款」),本政策構成使用者條款之一部分,當您同意使用者條款時,也表示您同意本隱私權政策。

當您閲讀以下條款時,您必須達到本遊戲所標示之分級級別所對應的法定年齡(18+),方能使用本公司開發及經營之應用程式。

一、資料蒐集之目的與類別

我們基於以下目的,在必要範圍內蒐集您的資料:

與第三方SDK供應商分享**:為實現特定服務功能,我們會嵌入第三方服務商提供的軟體開發工具包(SDK)。這些SDK可能會收集相關資訊,其資料處理將遵循其自身的隱私政策。我們合作的主要SDK包括:

① - 蒐集資料:第三方平台(如Google/Apple/Line/Facebook)SDK:

登入認證、基本個人檔案、使用者ID、頭貼獲取、玩家昵稱。

目的:用以創建、管理您的遊戲帳號,並提供您遊戲核心服務。適用於用戶身份驗證登入、識別是否滿足本遊戲所標示之分級級別所對應的法定年齡(18+)、Google/ios應用内購買、推送應用信息、應用投放和推廣服務。

② 數數科技:

目的:適用於於應用内用戶行爲統計分析,以優化遊戲功能玩法體驗。

③ ShareTrace:

目的:適用於用戶邀請好友分享功能追蹤,依據統計數據分發應用内獎勵。

④ AppsFlyer:

目的:用於APP應用投放和推廣效果分析、推送信息服務。

⑤ 聲網 SDK:

目的:遊戲應用内功能 - 為提供即時語音交流服務,需取用您的裝置 麥克風權限。

2、收集之資料類型與目的:

① [服務提供與帳號管理] :蒐集 登入認證、基本個人檔案、使用者ID、頭貼獲取、玩家昵稱。

目的:用戶名、密碼、用戶ID,用於創建和管理您的帳號,確保服務訪問安全。

② [服務優化與安全保障]:

蒐集 設備與識別碼、設備ID、IP位址、作業系統版本,裝置品牌與型號、作業系統版本、唯一裝置識別碼(Device ID)、IP位址、網路服務提供商、崩潰日誌、診斷資訊、遊戲互動紀錄**。

目的:用於保障帳號安全、偵測及預防詐騙與濫用行為,並進行數據分析以改善服務。

③ [個人化體驗與行銷推廣]:蒐集 大致位置資訊。

目的:根據您的IP位址推斷的粗略地理位置,用於提供本地化內容與活動、進行跨遊戲活動推廣、投放個人化廣告。活動及進行安全檢查(如同設備多帳號分析)、禁止非App授權載入地區之使用。

④ [客戶服務與爭議處理]:蒐集 應用活動與內容、客服通訊紀錄、回報問題的相關截圖或資料。

目的:您的遊戲互動紀錄、已安裝的應用程式列表(用於跨遊戲活動推廣)、使用者生成的內容(如聊天紀錄、暱稱、頭像),用於維護遊戲環境、用以回覆您的諮詢、處理客訴與爭議,提供客戶支援及執行遊戲規章。

⑤ [應用資訊與性能]:

目的:崩潰日誌、診斷資訊及其他應用性能數據,專用於排查並修復技術問題、優化遊戲性能與穩定性。

⑥ [剪貼簿存取說明 - 分享功能便利性]: 蒐集 您在應用内主動觸發分享功能時,存取您裝置剪貼簿中的文字、圖片或内容。

目的:僅用於完成您指定的分享操作。我們不會在未經您同意的情況下讀取剪貼簿資訊,亦不會將此資訊用於分享目的之外的其他用途。

聲明:登入應用時會提示 授權剪貼簿 < 確認/關閉,一旦未被授權,將不會觸發剪貼,也無法使用剪貼簿功能。

⑦ [语音 - 麥克風權限]:

為提供即時語音交流服務,需取用您的裝置 麥克風權限。

**權限用途:

僅在您 主動按住語音按鈕時 收集音訊

語音資料經 加密傳輸 至遊戲伺服器

不會 背景錄音或用於行為分析

**資料處理:

語音 即時處理不儲存(除非您檢舉違規時自己录音紀錄)

檢舉留存資料 7天後自動刪除

**權限管理:

首次使用時請求系統權限

可隨時透過 裝置設定 > [十八辣-大話骰] > 麥克風 關閉權限

**兒童保護

本游戲不針對未滿18周歲以下用戶開放

二、【數據安全與儲存】:

我們採用符合業界標準的安全防護措施(如加密技術、存取控制)來保護您的資料,防止其遭到未經授權的存取、洩露、篡改或毀損。我們僅在實現本政策所述目的所必需的期間內保留您的個人資料,除非法律規定或允許更長的保留期限。

三、【資料的國際傳輸】:

為提供本服務,您的個人資料可能會在您所在地區之外(例如:我們關係企業所在的國家或第三方雲端服務提供商所在的台灣、香港等地)被處理與儲存。我們會確保該等傳輸符合適用的法律要求,並透過合約等機制要求對方提供與國內相當的保護措施。

四、【賬號刪除之您的權利】:

您對您的個人資料享有以下權利,可透過《游戲服務條款》所列的聯係方式聯絡我們。

① 查詢、閲覽與複製:您有權透過遊戲內客服或指定信箱申請查詢、閲覽您的個人資料,或請求製給複製本。

② 補充與更正:發現您的個人資料不正確時,請求補充或更正。

③ 停止處理與刪除:請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或刪除您的個人資料。

請注意,帳號刪除後,相關的遊戲歷程、虛擬道具與金幣將一併清除且無法恢復。為履行法律義務或正當業務需求(如處理交易糾紛、執行規章),部分資料可能在依法刪除前有必要的保留期。

[刪除操作]:

您可直接於應用程式內「設定」頁面發起帳號刪除申請:「設定」>「刪除賬號」>「確認」。

[處理流程]:自您確認刪除申請之日起,您的帳號將進入為期七(7)天的刪除冷靜期。在此期間,您若成功登入遊戲,則刪除程序將被中止。冷靜期屆滿後,您的帳號及所有相關數據(包括但不限於遊戲歷程、虛擬道具與金幣)將被永久且不可恢復地刪除。

為遵守法律義務或解決爭議,部分匿名化數據可能在法律要求的期限內予以保留。

五、【聲明與承諾】:

**我們承諾**:不會與第三方供應商分享您的數據,我們將確保數據在本應用伺服器内已進行加密處理,結合第三方SDK僅作必要功能和數據分析處理。

**法律與合規要求**:為遵守法律義務、回應司法或行政機關的合法要求,我們可能會揭露您的資料。

**企業組織重整**:若發生合併、收購或破產清算,我們可能會將您的資料轉移給相關的繼受實體。

六、【政策之修正】:

我們保留隨時修正本政策之權利。修正後之條款將公告於遊戲應用內與官方網站,恕不另行個別通知。若您於公告後繼續使用我們的服務,即視為同意修正後的內容。

Please read and agree to this Policy and the respective game's Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms. By agreeing to the Terms, you also indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

By reading the following terms, you must be of the legal age (18+) corresponding to the rating level indicated for this game to use the applications developed and operated by our company.

1. Purposes and Categories of Data Collection

We collect your data within the necessary scope for the following purposes:

1. How We Share Your Information:

We generally do not sell your personal data to third parties. We will only share necessary information with third parties under the following circumstances:

Sharing with Third-Party SDK Providers: To enable specific service functions, we integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by third-party service providers. These SDKs may collect relevant information, and their data processing will follow their respective privacy policies. Our main partnered SDKs include:

① - Data Collected: Third-party platform (e.g., Google/Apple/Line/Facebook) SDKs:

Login credentials, basic profile information, User ID, profile picture access, player nickname.

Purpose: To create and manage your game account and provide you with core game services. Used for user identity verification login, identifying if the user meets the legal age (18+) corresponding to the game's rating, Google/iOS in-app purchases, pushing app messages, app distribution, and promotion services.

② ThinkingData:

Purpose: Used for in-app user behavior statistical analysis to optimize game features and gameplay experience.

③ ShareTrace:

Purpose: Used for tracking user invite-friend sharing functions and distributing in-app rewards based on statistical data.

④ AppsFlyer:

Purpose: Used for app distribution and promotion effectiveness analysis, and push notification services.

⑤ Agora Voice SDK:

Purpose:To enable real-time voice communication, we require access to your device microphone.

3. Types of Data Collected and Purposes:

① [Service Provision and Account Management]: Collection of login credentials, basic profile information, User ID, profile picture access, player nickname.

Purpose: Username, password, User ID are used to create and manage your account, ensuring secure service access.

② [Service Optimization and Security Assurance]:

Collection of device and identifiers, device ID, IP address, operating system version, device brand and model, operating system version, unique device identifier (Device ID), IP address, internet service provider, crash logs, diagnostic information, game interaction records.

Purpose: Used to protect account security, detect and prevent fraud and abusive behavior, and conduct data analysis to improve services.

③ [Personalized Experience and Marketing Promotion]: Collection of general location information.

Purpose: Rough geographic location inferred from your IP address, used to provide localized content and events, conduct cross-game event promotions, deliver personalized ads, perform security checks (e.g., multi-account analysis on the same device), and prohibit use in unauthorized regions for the App.

④ [Customer Service and Dispute Resolution]: Collection of app activity and content, customer service communication records, relevant screenshots or data related to reported issues.

Purpose: Your game interaction history, list of installed applications (for cross-game event promotion), user-generated content (e.g., chat history, nickname, avatar), used to maintain the game environment, respond to your inquiries, handle customer complaints and disputes, provide customer support, and enforce game rules.

⑤ [App Information and Performance]:

Purpose: Crash logs, diagnostic information, and other app performance data, used exclusively for troubleshooting and fixing technical issues, and optimizing game performance and stability.

⑥ [Clipboard Access Explanation - Sharing Function Convenience]: Collection of text, images, or content from your device's clipboard when you actively initiate a sharing function within the app.

Purpose: Used solely to complete the sharing operation you specified. We will not read clipboard information without your consent, nor will we use this information for purposes other than sharing.

Statement: Upon logging into the app, you will be prompted to Authorize Clipboard < Confirm/Close. If authorization is not granted, clipboard functions will not be triggered and cannot be used.

⑦ [Voice Chat Functionality]:

To enable real-time voice communication, we require access to your device microphone.

**Permission Usage:

Captures audio only when you actively press & hold the voice button

Transmits your voice data via end-to-end encryption

No background recording or behavioral profiling

**Data Handling:

Voice data is processed in real-time without storage

Reported data auto-deleted after 7 days

**Permission Control

System permission requested upon first use

Revoke anytime via Device Settings > [Moo Moo Dice] > Microphone

**Child Safety:

This game is not open to users under the age of 18

2. Data Security and Storage:

We adopt industry-standard security measures (such as encryption technology, access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We only retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

3. International Transfer of Data:

To provide this service, your personal data may be processed and stored outside your region (e.g., in countries where our affiliated companies are located or where third-party cloud service providers are located, such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.). We will ensure that such transfers comply with applicable legal requirements and require the recipients to provide a level of protection comparable to that in the home country through contracts or other mechanisms.

4. Your Rights Regarding Account Deletion:

You have the following rights regarding your personal data and can contact us using the methods listed in the Game Terms of Service.

① Access, View, and Copy: You have the right to request access, view your personal data, or request a copy via in-game customer service or a designated email address.

② Supplement and Correction: Request supplementation or correction when you find your personal data is incorrect.

③ Cessation of Processing and Deletion: Request the cessation of collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data.

Please note that after account deletion, relevant game history, virtual items, and coins will be cleared and cannot be recovered. To fulfill legal obligations or legitimate business needs (e.g., handling transaction disputes, enforcing rules), some data may need to be retained for a necessary period before deletion as required by law.

[Deletion Operation]:

You can directly initiate an account deletion request in the "Settings" page within the application: "Settings" > "Delete Account" > "Confirm".

[Process Flow]: From the date you confirm the deletion request, your account will enter a seven (7) day deletion cooling-off period. If you successfully log into the game during this period, the deletion process will be aborted. After the cooling-off period expires, your account and all related data (including but not limited to game history, virtual items, and coins) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

To comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, some anonymized data may be retained for periods required by law.

5. Declarations and Commitments:

**We Promise**: Do not share your data with third-party vendors. We ensure that data is encrypted within our application servers. The integration of third-party SDKs is solely for necessary functions and data analysis processing.

**Legal and Compliance Requirements**: To comply with legal obligations or respond to legitimate requests from judicial or administrative authorities, we may disclose your data.

**Corporate Restructuring**: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, we may transfer your data to the relevant successor entity.

6. Policy Revisions:

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. The revised terms will be announced within the game application and on the official website without separate individual notice. Your continued use of our services after the announcement constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
