您可於應用程式內「設定」頁面:發起帳號刪除申請。
[處理流程]:自您確認刪除申請之日起,您的帳號將進入為期七(7)天的刪除冷靜期。在此期間,您若成功登入遊戲,則刪除程序將被中止。冷靜期屆滿後,您的帳號及所有相關數據(包括但不限於遊戲歷程、虛擬道具與金幣)將被永久且不可恢復地刪除。
為遵守法律義務或解決爭議,部分匿名化數據可能在法律要求的期限內予以保留。
為協助您更便利地進行內容分享,在您主動觸發分享功能時,我們可能會存取您裝置剪貼簿中的文字、圖片或影片內容,以完成您指定的操作。我們不會在未經您同意的情況下讀取剪貼簿資訊,亦不會將此資訊用於分享目的之外的其他用途。

① 本遊戲服務僅支持應用内購買金幣、鑽石、皮膚、VIP會員等虛擬道具,適用於應用内合規之使用。
② 本遊戲服務僅支持App所規定之渠道方式儲值,如Google Play\App Store進行的應用内支付。其他應用外儲值之方式無法使用。
③ 本遊戲服務不支持應用内實現真實貨幣交易\實物兌換等違法之行爲。
④ 本遊戲服務已在官網\應用登入\購買頁面公告載明儲值方式及商品咨詢。如有應用内商品道具之價格變化,將會在遊戲應用内公告通知。
⑤ 對於透過官方渠道(如Google Play或App Store)進行的應用內購買,退款請求需遵循各平台的退款政策與流程。
一般而言,對於未消耗的虛擬貨幣及未使用的永久性道具,您可在購買後七(3)日內透過平台渠道申請退款。對於已部分使用的訂閱服務、已消耗的虛擬貨幣或已使用的道具,我們不予辦理退款。
任何透過非官方渠道進行的儲值,我們不予承認,且無法提供任何支援或退款服務,相關風險由您自行承擔。請注意非官方渠道儲值,一律按違規處理不予處理,如有問題請聯係客服。
⑥ 本遊戲為維護用戶使用之體驗,將不定期進行伺服器維護,更新功能或修復遊戲程式漏洞。伺服器維護前,將會在應用内\粉絲群進行公告,如未能及時按規定退出遊戲之損失概不負責。
⑦ 如本遊戲服務發生不可抗力之因素停止運營,將會提前三十日公告適用於官網\登入界面\應用内)。
為維護遊戲公平性,以下行為一經查證屬實,將依情節輕重處以警告、禁言、凍結帳號、終止服務等處分,並可能依法追究法律責任:
① 使用外掛、修改程式、利用系統漏洞獲取不正當利益。
② 與他人串通(如通牌、洗錢、故意放水)影響遊戲公平。
③ 盜用他人帳號、點數或虛擬財產。
④ 散布不實訊息、廣告、色情內容,或惡意攻擊其他玩家。
⑤ 在遊戲中進行真實貨幣、虛擬物品之現實交易或仲介。
⑥ 以同設備、同IP大量創建帳號或轉移金幣,有洗錢嫌疑。
⑦ 本遊戲不支持未成年人登入(注冊登入者必須年滿18+),必須是具有民事行爲能力之用戶。
⑧ 本遊戲不屬於賭博遊戲(不支持真實貨幣交易、實物兌換或其他違法之行爲)

③ 存取電腦或電子系統以犯禁制或詐騙行為 - 違反《刑事罪行條例》第162條及相關電腦相關罪行規定。
④ 刑事損壞(包括刪除或篡改電子紀錄) - 若涉及破壞數據或系統功能,可能觸犯《刑事罪行條例》第59至61條「刑事損壞」條文。
我們將依法配合司法機關調查,並保留法律追訴權。除可能承擔刑事責任外,若您的行為造成本公司或第三方損失,應負擔相應的民事賠償責任。

[Deletion Operation]:
You can initiate an account deletion request on the "Settings" page within the application.
[Process Flow]: From the date you confirm the deletion request, your account will enter a seven (7) day deletion cooling-off period. If you successfully log into the game during this period, the deletion process will be aborted. After the cooling-off period expires, your account and all related data (including but not limited to game history, virtual items, and coins) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
To comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, some anonymized data may be retained for periods required by law.
To facilitate convenient content sharing, when you actively initiate a sharing function, we may access the text, images, or video content in your device's clipboard to complete the action you requested. We will not read your clipboard information without your consent, nor will we use this information for purposes other than the intended sharing action.

① This game service only supports the in-app purchase of virtual items such as coins, diamonds, skins, VIP membership, for compliant use within the application.
② This game service only supports the payment channels specified by the App, such as in-app payments through Google Play or the App Store. Other methods of topping up outside the application cannot be used.
③ This game service does not support illegal activities such as real-money trading or physical item redemption within the app.
④ This game service has announced the top-up methods and product inquiries on the official website, application login, and purchase pages. Any changes in the price of in-app items will be announced within the game application.
⑤ For in-app purchases made through official channels (such as Google Play or App Store), refund requests must follow the respective platform's refund policies and processes.
Generally, for unconsumed virtual currency and unused permanent items, you can apply for a refund through the platform channels within three (3) days after purchase. For partially used subscription services, consumed virtual currency, or used items, we do not process refunds.

⑦ If the game service ceases operation due to force majeure, a notice will be announced thirty (30) days in advance on the official website, login interface, and within the application.
To maintain game fairness, the following behaviors, once verified, will be penalized based on severity with warnings, muting, account suspension, or service termination, and may be subject to legal action:
① Using cheats, modified programs, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
② Colluding with others (e.g., card sharing, coin laundering, intentional losing) to affect game fairness.
③ Stealing others' accounts, points, or virtual property.
④ Spreading false information, advertisements, pornographic content, or maliciously attacking other players.

⑥ Creating multiple accounts or transferring coins via the same device/IP, suspected of laundering.
⑦ This game does not support minors logging in (registrants must be 18+). Users must have the capacity for civil acts.
⑧ This game is not a gambling game (does not support real-money trading, physical item redemption, or other illegal activities).
⑨ Do not top up through unofficial channels. This game only supports the payment channels identified within the application.

② Access to computer with criminal or dishonest intent - Contravening Section 161 of the Crimes Ordinance (Chapter 200).
③ Access to computer or electronic system for prohibited or fraudulent purposes - Contravening Section 162 of the Crimes Ordinance and related computer crime provisions.
④ Criminal damage (including deletion or alteration of electronic records) - If it involves destruction of data or system functionality, it may contravene Sections 59 to 61, "Criminal Damage", of the Crimes Ordinance.
We will cooperate with Hong Kong law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities in accordance with the law and reserve all rights to legal recourse.
